Remorseful & Angry...


when i look into mirror
i feel that nothing has change

what i mean is
my face still round
and din lost weight at all
how can i lost weight with healthy??

start from last week i start to diet
only eat once at afternoon
then at night don eat at all
or just drink a bowl of soup and also vege
and i do some exercise
but still nothing change
even my mom said im getting slim
but when i look into mirror
i feel the same

haiz
do i need to stop eating?
what should i do?
for me every time i eat now i feel guilty
SOB i hate that
haha fine
keep going don stop!!

one day i will see my result
Go Go Go!!!!
